3 Meetings scheduled ad hoc to discuss wedding planning process and specific needs
Creation of wedding theme and décor essentials
Suggestions of potential vendors to source necessary items
Management of vendors and related tasks one month before the wedding
One site visit before the wedding
Follow-up with suppliers 1 week before the wedding to reconfirm the timeline and last-minute details
Managing wedding day activities (includes: setup, guest arrival, bridal party coordination)

I’m not sure where to start!?

Leave that to us! Our full wedding planning package is designed to bring you through all the steps necessary to find a venue, book your vendors and ensure you are staying within your proposed budget.. On top of coordinating on the day we ensure that you are supported every step of the way.

I don’t see a package that will fit, what should I do?

We accept credit card and INTERAC e-transfer.

Adhoc activities such as running errands on the day of the wedding etc. can be added to any plan in advance as per the bride/grooms request for an additional cost establish by the coordinator. All terms are subject to change based on the needs of the couple and must be discussed in advance. Also note: setup day of setup is not inclusive of bringing items up or down stairs, this can be arranged and price would need to be adjusted dependent on task.

Planning of activities such as welcome dinners, showers and other events not on the day of the wedding can be added at an additional cost.

When booking, our clients pay a non-refundable retainer of 50%. The final payment of 50% is taken 1 month before the big day!

The short answer is no. We curate a list of vendors that may interest you based on your needs, budget and aesthetic.

We can always add an additional planner(s) at an additional cost.
